Information We Collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares with us. We also save the restaurants you heart or bookmark so your lists are there when you come back.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you send us a message through the contact form, we keep your name, email and the message you write.

We count how many times each restaurant page is viewed. These counts are totals and are not tied to your identity.

How We Use It

We use your information to run your account and saved lists, send the newsletter you asked for, answer your messages, and improve the directory. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Services We Work With

Our newsletter is delivered through MailerLite, which receives your email address when you subscribe. Sign-in with Google is handled by Google. Restaurant maps are shown with Google Maps. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to avoid counting the same restaurant view more than once a day. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can delete your account and saved lists from your Account settings, or ask us to delete your information through the contact page.

Children

Coeur Guide is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
